Architect Emilio Beltre

Master in architecture, energy and environment

A graduate of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and specialized in Architecture, Energy and Environment, Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in Spain, I have developed a career marked by its commitment to quality and sustainability.
Currently, he is working in a CRUISE ON LAND, leading the design of a project of 5000 apartments in 850,000 m2. His approach in the design of master plans and amenities ensures that every project is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and comfortable.

With experience in projects such as DreamCity in Sosua, and several tourist hotels, I firmly believe that architecture should improve the quality of life, creating spaces that offer comfort and beauty. His dedication and creativity have been positioned as a leader in the architectural design in the Dominican Republic.
